Start where you are
Choose whether to stop or cut back, then decide what feels manageable. If you’re changing more than one habit, you can give each its own plan and adjust as you go.

01 / Meet Quittr
Maybe you want your evenings back, a little more money to spend or one less thing on your mind. Start with what matters to you and make a plan you can return to when the day gets difficult.
When a craving catches you off guard, try a minute of breathing, a change of scene or a reminder of why you started. You can leave whenever you’re ready.

02 / How it feels to use Quittr
Choose whether to stop or cut back, then decide what feels manageable. If you’re changing more than one habit, you can give each its own plan and adjust as you go.
If things don’t go to plan, you can record what happened and decide how to carry on. Your history and earned milestones stay there to look back on.
Quittr is here when you need it, whether that’s for a quick check-in or a difficult moment. You choose whether to use reminders, and there’s no daily app streak to keep up.
03 / Keeping things private
Some things are just for you.
Your notes and history stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Quittr works without an account or internet connection and has no ads or analytics.
You can export a backup to keep somewhere safe, because Quittr doesn’t automatically save a copy in the cloud.
A few things to know
We’re preparing the first Android release and will add the Google Play link here when it’s ready. If you’d like to try it early and tell us how it feels to use, get in touch.
Start with cigarettes or alcohol, or choose Something else to name your own habit. If you’re working on more than one thing, each goal gets its own plan and history.
You can log what happened and choose to continue your current attempt or start a new one. Either way, your history and earned milestones stay.
Quittr is a personal support tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
